Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Based on our product offerings and to ensure quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items including specific Executive Office Desks, Conference Tables, and Reception Desks configured to your specifications
  • Office Lighting fixtures for safety and hygiene reasons
  • Decor Items & Mirrors unless received damaged or defective
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or modified from their original state
  • Items not in their original packaging or missing components

Return Process: Step by Step

1 Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Receive Return Authorization

Once we approve your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

3 Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Include the original invoice and your Return Authorization Number inside the package.

4 Ship Your Return

Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5 Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
