Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

    • Conference Tables configured to your specifications
    • Custom Reception Desks
  • Office Lighting fixtures (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Decor Items & Mirrors (unless received damaged or defective)
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or modified
  • Items not in original packaging or missing components

Return Process: Step by Step

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we approve your request, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts and documentation. Include the original invoice and your Return Authorization Number inside the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Step 5: Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
